  1. STEP 01

    Scope and pilot

    Confirm the specialty, coding instructions, volume, input files and expected output. Review a sample before scaling.

  2. STEP 02

    Agree data intake

    Establish access, security and data-handling requirements before receiving project records through the agreed channel.

  3. STEP 03

    Create and assign batches

    Upload supported files, set priority, assign coders and track the batch status.

  4. STEP 04

    Verify chart details

    Review the source, patient identifiers and treating provider. Use NPI lookup to assist provider identification.

  5. STEP 05

    Code by date of service

    Create DOS tasks and enter supported diagnoses and services using the fields required for the specialty.

  6. STEP 06

    Review and clarify

    Submit completed work for quality review. Resolve documentation queries and return items for rework where needed.

  7. STEP 07

    Report and deliver

    Prepare task and batch reports, then deliver the agreed output with status and rework tracking.

Specialty workflows

The right fields for each project.

  • HCC: DOS-based diagnosis coding with ICD and HCC fields. CPT is hidden and is not required in the HCC workflow.
  • Radiology: mandatory treatment DOS with dedicated CPT/HCPCS, ICD diagnosis and HCC category fields.
  • E/M: dated tasks with procedure and diagnosis entry, supporting multiple coding rows for the task.

The current public application is a synthetic-data demonstration. HCC categories are entered and reviewed manually; automatic ICD-to-HCC model mapping is not included. Production data handling, integrations and controls require a separately agreed scope.
